Verizon and Motorola Release DROID X

Verizon Wireless and Motorola made an announcement that DROID X by Motorola will be available online and in Verizon Wireless Communications Stores tomorrow for $199.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate with a new two-year customer agreement.






 The features available are:
DROID X by Motorola is the newest innovation utilizing Android™ to run on Verizon Wireless' 3G network enabling ultra high-speed Web browsing. Other than that, DROID X is equipped with:
  •  HD camcorder wit haudio scene selection and fully-loaded 8 megapixel camera, 
  •  4.3 in. hi-res screen to access and watch your favorite TV shows or movies on the go,
  • 3G Mobile HotSpot capabilities, 
  • 8 gigabyte (GB) onboard and a 16GB memory card.  
  • For customers seeking the ultimate in storage, the new 32GB SanDisk® microSDHC™ card allows customers to expand DROID X's memory to 40GB.  Verizon Wireless is the only retailer that offers customers the 32GB SanDisk microSDHC card.
